Type BSV800: Compactor for empty big bag disposal
- Easy loading of the empty big bags via a generously designed loading opening with a safety device
- Effective prevention of dust leakage through a closed system
- Connection to an external dust extraction system via an aspiration socket
- Optimum compaction via single-sided compressor screw with degressive pitch
- Compaction of approx. 20 empty big bags into a press sack (compression ratio 1:20)
- Avoidance of unintentional product carry-over by placing the compressor directly at the workplace
Type LSV400: Compaction of empty plastic or paper sacks
- Easy loading of the empty plastic or paper sacks via various loading openings

- The product is continuously fed into the process via a rotary feeder.
- To save space, the empty sacks are compacted via an integrated feed chute in an empty sack compactor.

Big bags should be emptied automatically.
The solution
- The operator manually hooks the big bag loops onto a lifting beam.
- The big bag is automatically lifted to the emptying position and emptied by itself.
- The completely emptied big bag is automatically unhooked from the lifting beam and compacted in a big bag compactor to save space.
Requirement
The compaction of big bags with suction for boric acid and zinc oxide.
The solution
- The empty big bags are fed into a big bag compactor via an extended feed chute and compacted to save space.
- Accumulating dust is extracted via a connected filter system.
