For the project, containers had to be emptied dust-free and the powder added to the process.
The solution
- The core of the project was a emptying station that enabled dust-free docking and undocking of the system with an OEL value of 100 – 1,000 µg/m³.
- The product is added to the process via a gravimetric dosing unit with a differential dosing scale.

- The station has various emptying systems for emptying drums, cardboard drums and big bags.
- The products are filled into silo trucks via a screw system with loading equipment.

In order to relieve the operating personnel as much as possible, the big bags with PET flakes should be emptied as automatically as possible.
The solution
- The big bag loops are hooked into the lifting beam manually.
- The transport of the big bags and the emptying of the bulk material is fully automatic.
- The empty big bag is ejected and disposed of automatically.
