Our system components
Single-hand bag clamp
- The clamp is used to fasten big bags, sacks or inliners. The one-hand bag clamp is used to fasten big bags, sacks or inliners. It is made entirely of stainless steel, can be operated with one hand and has a replaceable sealing insert.
- Connection diameter: 150 to 600 mm, in 10 mm steps.
- Material: stainless steel 1.4301 or stainless steel 1.4571, various sealing layers, suitable for direct use in food applications with FDA approval or optional electrically conductive version.
Compensator
- These seamless injection-moulded silicone compensators are the benchmark for flexible connections in bulk solids systems. Due to their design, they offer the highest vibration ranges both axially and radially.
- Connection diameters: 80 mm, 100 to 300 mm, in 50 mm increments, and 400 mm.
- Material: LSR (Liquid Silicon Rubber), suitable for direct use in food applications with approval according to guideline 1935/2004 or as an optional electrically conductive version.
Cone compensator
- Due to the seamless cone design, no deposits can settle in the interior of the compensator. This design is therefore ideal for food applications.
- Connection diameter: 100 to 250 mm, in 50 mm increments.
- Material: LSR (Liquid Silicon Rubber), suitable for direct use in food applications with approval according to guideline 1935/2004 or as an optional electrically conductive version.
Stage compensator
- With the stepped design of this compensator, different pipe diameters can be connected with each other.
- Connection diameter: 60 to 80 mm and 80 to 100 mm.
- Material: LSR (Liquid Silicon Rubber), suitable for direct use in food applications with approval according to guideline 1935/2004 or as an optional electrically conductive version.
