2. Low and medium pressure conveying systems with feed locks and injectors

Our pneumatic container conveying systems are deployed as a cost-efficient alternative if the conveyor capacity and routes permit. The low height of the discharge stations and the simply system and control construction bring special benefits.

  • Conveying distances up to approx. 150 m

3. Conventional suction conveyor systems with feed locks or injectors

Not all conveying tasks can be solved with a pneumatic conveying system for process technology or construction layout reasons. We can offer customised solutions as suction conveyor systems for such cases.

A major advantage of this pneumatic conveying variant is the possibility of sucking bulk material directly out of containers such as sacks, barrels, octabins or big bags. The complete system is operated with constant negative pressure. This effectively prevents dust from escaping. Intermittent or continuous conveying is possible due to the design of the receiving container with a flap or a rotary valve. The negative pressure is produced by a rotary vane vacuum pump, a roots blower or a side channel blower depending on requirements.
